Forget-Me-Not Veterinary is a service created for home euthanasia for cats and dogs in Columbia, SC. Our goal is to provide your beloved pet with a peaceful and comfortable experience at your home.

Pricing for home euthanasia services is $375.

Additional charges may include extended travel fee based on your location, pets over 125 pounds, and extended visits lasting longer than 90 minutes.

Respiratory Illness and At-Home Euthanasia

To protect your family and ours, we are taking the following precautions:

Dr. Knight is trying to protect the immune-compromised clients and children as much as possible, while still allowing owners to be close to their pets. Please feel free to wear masks if you choose.
Dr. Knight will wear a mask if requested by the client.
The consent forms will be sent for electronic signature before I arrive at your home.

Please know that I care about you and your family and am doing my very best to continue to provide this very important service. Please contact me to discuss any questions or concerns. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Dr. Knight reserves the right to refuse service at any time, and will not refund travel fees should the euthanasia not take place.
